Order

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Each Freddie Lee piece is made to order the moment you check out — which means production starts quick.

If you need to update your size, address, or cancel your order, please reach out within 2 hours of purchase.

If we’re able to catch it before it enters production, we’ll issue you a refund that may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank OR store credit equal to your order total so you can place a corrected order.

Once an order begins production, it can’t be changed, canceled, or refunded — since the item is already being made for you. At that stage, all sales are final.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Each Freddie Lee piece is made to order and ships out fast. If you notice your address is off, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

If we catch it before it enters production, we’ll update the address or issue a store credit so you can reorder with the correct info.

Once an order begins production or ships, we can’t change the address or refund the order. If it’s already on the way, we recommend reaching out directly to your local carrier to see if they can reroute it.

Can i use more than one discount code.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Do you offer store credit or gift cards?

We don’t offer standard gift cards yet, but store credit may be issued in special cases—like if you catch a change within 2 hours of ordering and we can stop production in time. Each piece is made to order, so once production starts, all sales are final. Join the circle to stay in the loop when official gift cards drop.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email orders@thefreddielee.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it and replace the item at no cost to you — quick and smooth.

Do you offer pre-orders or limited drops?

Yeah — some collections release in limited waves. If you see “pre-order” or “drop,” grab it while it’s live. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to select regions worldwide. Shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout. More locations are joining the circle soon.

How much does shipping cost?

Contiguous (U.S.) Orders:

Freddie Lee offers free standard ground shipping for orders above $175 shipping within the Contiguous United States. Flat-rate of $12 shipping for all other orders placed in the Contiguous United States. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after production.


International Orders: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by country but typically take 7–21 business days after production.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. International deliveries can take a little longer depending on customs and local carriers.

Do you cover duties or customs fees?

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Those are handled by your local customs office at delivery.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking to follow it every step of the way. If tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days, reach out and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

For international orders, tracking may stop updating once the package reaches your home country — at that point, it’s handed off to your local postal service for final delivery. Since we don’t have visibility beyond that handoff, we ask that you keep an eye on your local tracking updates and delivery notifications to ensure safe receipt.

What if my package never arrives?

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 10 business days with no tracking updates, email orders@thefreddielee.com with your order number and full shipping address. We’ll reach out to the carrier to open a trace or claim on your behalf.

If the carrier confirms the order was lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

If the carrier marks it as delivered but it wasn’t received, please check with your local post office or delivery service — once an order is scanned as delivered, we can’t guarantee replacement, since we don’t have visibility beyond that point.

We always do our best to help, but once an item is in the hands of the carrier (especially for international deliveries), it’s considered their responsibility.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Freddie Lee, every piece is made to order through our production partner. This approach helps us reduce waste, stay sustainable, and ensure each garment is created specifically for you.

Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to double-check your size and details before checkout.


That said, we do want you to love your Freddie Lee piece. If you ordered the wrong size and would like a replacement, you can repurchase your correct size — and we’ll send you a 15% discount code for your re-order. You’re free to keep, gift, or donate the original item — no waste, no returns.
