When We Can Help

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll replace it at no cost to you:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item, size, or color was sent
• A manufacturing error (such as misprint or stitching defect)

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us at orders@thefreddielee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll handle it quickly.

What We Cannot Accept

Because each garment is custom-made:

• No returns for incorrect sizing (please check our size charts carefully before ordering)
• No exchanges for a different color or style after purchase
• No returns for change of mind
