- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item, size, or color was sent
- A manufacturing error (such as misprint or stitching defect)
If you experience one of these issues, please contact us at orders@thefreddielee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll handle it quickly.

- No returns for incorrect sizing (please check our size charts carefully before ordering)
- No exchanges for a different color or style after purchase
- No returns for change of mind
